Menus for Fall Forum 2009

Friday

Kick Off Luncheon:  Deli Turkey Sandwich with cheddar cheese on whole wheat bread, Tim’s Cascade chips, choice of soda or bottled water, whole fresh fruit and a freshly baked cookie.

Saturday

Breakfast:  Scrambled eggs with grilled ham steak, roasted potatoes, assorted breakfast breads, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee or hot tea.

Mixed Luncheon:  Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich served on whole wheat bread, hot soup of the day, pasta salad, cookie, and coffee, hot or iced tea.

Awards Banquet:  Chicken breast, crusted with aged cheddar cheese, roasted and served with chive butter sauce, garden salad, potatoes, and fresh seasonal vegetables, assorted breads and butter, dessert, and coffee or tea.

Note:  There will be a vegetarian entrée provided for meals.
